To replace the felt tip: First time: Grasp the felt tip, gently pull it straight out, turn it over, and push it straight back in. Next time, replace with the extra tip in the cap. On surfaces where there is a risk of the paint running out (e.g. raw wood), it is recommended to varnish the surface beforehand, which gives a razor-sharp result.
